Yes, we will require your original Emirates ID, Original Invoice of the jewellery being sold. If you do not have the invoice but want to sell your gold. Please visit the CID Office present in Madinat Zayed Gold Center where they will provide an acknowledgement certificate. which we also accept. 

Unfortunately we don’t accept gold without invoice. In case if you don’t have receipt available you can visit the CID Office in Madinat Gold Center get a acknowledgement and permission letter, which we accept too.
